This line is designed to prepare the heads of band coils entering the pickling line to facilitate the introduction into the processor.

Middle established:

• First pair of rollers rotators associated with a robot unstrapping with hydraulic clamp to remove the strapping of reels automatically.
• Second pair of rollers rotators associated with stand development.

Decomposition of the stand preparation:

• Spade opener with knife to loosen the first turn and place it in the stand.
• Pincher motor (55kW) combined with the opener to ensure the conveying of the sheet.
• 3 decintre motorized rollers (30kW) with a shield.
• Punching system with online and offline to facilitate the change of punches and disposal system pellets.
• Guillotine shears hydraulic system with rapid removal of blades per cassette.
• Evacuation of the falls.

Hydraulic associated:

A hydraulic tank 2500 L (total capacity) - 120 bar - 600l/min (average flow = 200l/min - 500L/min = max):

• 2 pumps 75kW - 300l/min variable flow pumps + 1 spare
• Circuit packaging and scanning of the pumps.
• Manifolds machined Lock function associated stop.
